WHAT IS THE PROCESS

Each team’s success comes from both a deep understanding of themselves and from constantly challenging, evolving and achieving to go to their next level.

In order to understand your team on a deeper level, we ask each member, including the team leader, line manager and key influencers to score the team on a 1-10 scale against 32 statements.This takes about 15 minutes to complete.

THE DIAGNOSTIC

Teams very rarely get the time and space to discuss how they are working together. When they meet the focus is often on KPIs, clients, staff, culture, issues etc.

The diagnostic output provides the insight into where the blind spots exist and is the catalyst to increasing team performance. The team is it’s own content.

32 statements are scored on a 1-10 sliding scale of agree to disagree which take 15 minutes to complete.

The facilitators are given tremendous insight prior to interacting with the team. Teams make progress at immense speed because of the resulting full customisation.
