WHAT IS THE PROCESS

Each team’s success comes from both a deep understanding of themselves and from constantly challenging, evolving and achieving to go to their next level.

In order to understand your team on a deeper level, we ask each member, including the team leader, line manager and key influencers to score the team on a 1-10 scale against 32 statements.This takes about 15 minutes to complete.

THE TEAM JOURNEY

Team development is not always as simple as working on the weakest habit first. Using data from hundreds of teams, the algorithm in the Meta Team platform sequences the order in which your team should develop their weaker habits to have the biggest impact in the shortest time.

Meta Team uses the deep new insights about your team to create an immersive, experiential, engaging and transformational journey for your team. We provide you with all of the workouts and exercises needed to strengthen each habit.

Each habit contains 4 micro-habits for the team to work on virtually, or face-to-face. The team will come together for 90 minutes – 2 hours to work on each micro-habit. Every session is tailored to the team, and the learning is grounded in the work the team has to do. This means the sessions are engaging, fun and unique.

The micro-habit workouts have been designed, tested and improved with teams from around the world over the last 10 years to create a swift and positive change. Once each set of four micro-habit workouts have been completed, we suggest the team moves onto the next habit recommended by Meta Team. Typically, a team will work through four priority habits over the course of a year.

Meta Team provides expert facilitators and team coaches to work with each team. Alternatively, we can deliver a train-the-trainer programme to an organisation to train their coaches on how to deliver the feedback of the diagnostic results and facilitation of the micro-habits.
